Delete Your Friendse Account

How to request deletion of your account and associated data. Last updated: October 2, 2026.

Option 1: Delete inside the app or website

1. Log in to your Friendse account.
2. Open Account Settings (open settings).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

If you have pending items (for example open orders or unfinished payouts), the app shows what must be finished or cleared first, then you can delete.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot log in, email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting.

What is deleted

• Your profile, posts, comments, Status updates, videos, and listings.
• Your personal account information and access code.
• Your messages and uploaded media are removed or anonymized.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information where we are legally required to (for example payment, tax, or fraud-prevention records, and records needed for safety or legal compliance). It is removed or anonymized once no longer required. Data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period after deletion.
